Pool Therapy

Exercise in the heated pool: will stimulate blood flow due to the expansion of blood vessels therefore providing increased oxygen to the tissues. Above ground installation with Ramps and Board surrounds allows you to remain close to your dog. Flotation aids and harnesses are supplied.

The water temperature is 30°C and sanitised by OZONE and by a Deep Bed Filtration System (as used in Human Hydrotherapy pools).

While all dogs benefit from Hydrotherapy, some dogs are more suited to Pool Therapy than others: some dogs benefit more from low weight bearing Aquatreadmill exercise. Accordingly each dog is assessed to find what suits them best and a program is worked out for them..
